Every man, woman, and child, alone or in a community with others, should have the physical and economic access at all times to a fitness programs that can help them learn, reform, and maintain better fitness lifestyles as a primary option with or without reliance on medications to solve health issues. This is imperative so that all people have access to an adequate fitness and nutritional program as well as a long term corrective health and wellness lifestyle. The Fitness For All Foundation is dedicated to providing access to proper fitness and nutritional programs for all people without regard to economic ability with the purpose of corrective health.

Access to Fitness and Nutritional Guidance

Fitness For All Foundation provides people with access to fitness facilities, personal training and nutritional counseling to help them achieve optimal health levels. We will provide structured fitness and nutrition programs to people in need throughout the community in order to: A) help solve the problem that excess body fat or inactivity has participated in causing and B) to curb the reliance on medications as the sole corrective action.

Access to Support

We will provide access to comprehensive coaching programs designed to help individuals both begin their health and wellness journey as well as successfully implement a permanent long term healthy lifestyle change that will lead to a reduced reliance on expensive medical treatments. The access to these programs will be tailored in a way most likely to garner success based on location, methodology, and individualistic preferences. This means assessing the individual’s history, geographic location, physical capabilities, and other important factors. Our paramount goal is to help people in need in the most succinct and successful manner possible.

Access to Education

Fitness For All Foundation provides access to education on weight loss and fitness programs through the dissemination of proven facts, demonstrations, and statistics. We provide this information by presenting live media interviews, lectures, and slideshows titled “The Total Body Transformation” at private venues, libraries, and other public venues. These presentations focus on the causes, current efforts, and solutions to chronic obesity, lack of fitness, and over reliance on medications. They also highlight the geographical, economical, and social aspects of chronic obesity. Furthermore we will explain and show individuals how to utilize specific custom tailored fitness and nutrition programs to improve one’s health in lieu of or in conjunction with medicinal treatment to achieve the same goal.
